All reasonable attempts will be made to limit the amount of sensitive data we are storing and, where possible, we will anonymize all identifiable material to limit exposure. We may also use this anonymized information to gather statistics and highlight the services we offer.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The website has been created on the WordPress platform and the hosting takes place through Bluesquare which is based in Belgium.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for up to seven years after they stop being customers. In relation to our Corporate clients we abide to retain restricted personal data for seven calendar years and in respect of our Community clients we abide to retain personal and sensitive data for up to two calendar years. Once these time periods have elapsed all relevant material will be safely and securely destroyed.
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
